In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means EASTBYEASTWEST Limited. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer. Please also read our Privacy document which forms part of our Terms of Use.

Payment & VAT
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer's selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
If you are ordering from outside of the EU then VAT will be zero rated and you will receive a 20% reduction to the final invoice. You will need an export code for this to work so please contact us before placing your order.

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by your local customs office. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items returned to us within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in saleable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Return postage is at cost to the customer. All refunds exclude the original delivery charges. If you wish to return anything to us please follow the steps below.

We suggest you use a trackable service as it is your responsibility to ensure they reach us.
Goods will only be considered returned once received and quality checked.

Exchanges are only offered on the same style to a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange to a different style, we ask that you first request a refund and once the return has been received and refund accepted, place a new order. We do not charge for return postage on an exchange, provided the goods were ordered & delivered in the U.K. Any orders from the EU/Europe & the rest of the world will incur a new postal charge which will need to be paid for prior to goods being shipped.

Claims arising from damage or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing (email is fine) to the company within 24hrs of delivery. If you do not contact us within 24hrs no claim can be made. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination. Until these are received no action will be taken. Any claim made shall not exceed the invoice value.

The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Once a parcel has been delivered & signed for it means our order to you has been completed. If someone other than the recipient signs for the goods we shall assume they have been delivered and we have upheld our side of the contract. Therefore is is your responsibility to ensure the safety of the goods at the address supplied or by whomever you authorise to sign on your behalf.
