If an item is unsuitable and returned we can only offer credit. Items must be unworn and in saleable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Return postage is payable by the customer & all credit excludes the original outbound delivery charges. You must notify us by email within 48hrs of delivery and then return the goods within a further 10 days. If you wish to return something please do the following…

If returning from overseas you must tick ’returned goods’ on the label provided by your postal service, this lets UK customs know not to apply taxes. If you forget to do this it will mean any credit to you is minus any new charges incurred.
