Returns
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items as long as you notify us by email within 48hrs of delivery and then return within a further 10 days. Clothing must be unworn and in saleable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets included. Return postage is at cost to the customer and all refunds exclude the original delivery charges. If you wish to return something, please follow the steps below.

Contact us by email to let us know you wish to return at hello@eastbyeastwest.com.
This helps us to keep track of what pieces are available and is friendly and less automated.
If items are returned without following these guidelines we can only issue a credit note, not a refund unfortunately.

If returning from overseas you must tick ’returned goods’ on the label provided by your postal service, this lets customs know not to apply taxes.

Then pop it in the post and return to the following address:

We suggest you use a tracked service as it is your responsibility to ensure they reach us.
Goods will only be considered returned once received and quality checked.
