Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means EASTBYEASTWEST Limited. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer. Please also review our Privacy policy which can be found on the review and purchase page.

Payment & taxes
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but we shall attempt to honour the customer's selection. Carriage is payable by the customer and forms part of the invoice.

If we are posting within the UK the price includes VAT at the prevailing rate.
Where we are shipping to an address outside the UK we will deliver duties and taxes paid by us, so that the price you pay when you checkout is the final price.

Returns
If an item is unsuitable and returned we can only offer credit. Item must be unworn and in saleable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Return postage is payable by the customer & all credit excludes the original outbound delivery charges. You must notify us by email within 48hrs of delivery and then return the goods within a further 10 days. If you wish to return items please follow the steps on the returns page.

Claims
Claims arising from damage or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing (email is fine) to the company within 24hrs of delivery. If you do not contact us within 24hrs no claim can be made. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder and the customer shall return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination. Until these are received no action will be taken. Any claim made shall not exceed the invoice value.

Specifications
The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Delivery
Once a parcel has been delivered & signed for it means our order to you has been completed. If someone other than the recipient signs for the goods we shall assume they have been delivered and we have upheld our side of the contract. Therefore is is your responsibility to ensure the safety of the goods at the address supplied or by whomever you authorise to sign on your behalf.
